The course consists of two parts: Lifesaving Action (including CPR with an AED) and Fire Safety & Evacuation. The components include instructional videos, control questions and tests that participants must successfully complete. The course complies with the guidelines of the Red Cross and the Dutch Working Conditions Act.

The NovoSafety course was created in collaboration with BHV.care, our partner in safety. The recognized BHV certificate is issued by BHV.care and is valid for 1 year.

The NovoSafety Emergency Response Course is a complete online course. Participants have access to the content of the course for one year. As soon as this has been successfully completed, each participant will receive a recognized digital certificate.

The Novo BHV course is an online course and can be done on a laptop, telephone and tablet. This allows the course to be done at any time of the day. According to the Working Conditions Act it is not mandatory to follow the course at an external location; therefore there isno practical day.
